So we are trying to document the variety of material and archaeologies which use traditional/linear and, particularly, geometric metric methodologies. It's been used so widely in anatomical science, and increasingly used in lithic analysis, but do we know of any atypical material or alternative archaeologies? I'm thinking like Medieval buttons, Roman footwear etc.
